Citizens for Modern Transit (“CMT”) in partnership with the St. Clair County Transit District and AARP in St. Louis is seeking a
firm to assist in the implementation of the Fifth and Missouri Transit Transformation Project in East St. Louis, IL. The goal of the transit transformation program is to build and promote ridership on the transit system.
Scope of services will include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove existing pcc sidewalk, create planting beds, install a canopy and various amenities (provided by others) as outlined on the construction plans.
CMT encourages disadvantaged, small, women-owned, and/or minority business participation.
Proposals are due on April 7 at 4:00 p.m. local time.
