Citizens for Modern Transit (“CMT”) in partnership with the St. Clair County Transit District is seeking a consultant to assist in the creation of branding/vehicle wrap for the SCCTD Flyer service in St. Clair County, IL to help build recognition and ridership on the system.
Work products will include creation of a vehicle design based on the specs provided. Windows and doors will not be included in the design. The campaign goal will be to boost interest in the SCCTD Flyer, improve branding and awareness of this transit option, and tie in with the current SCCTD Transit fleet.
