What do you want to see built around MetroLink in the City? Here is your opportunity . . .

May 21 Delmar Loop FlyerThe opportunity is here to provide your thoughts on Transit-Oriented Development planning around four existing MetroLink stations. Help develop the best options for economic growth around the Delmar, Forest Park-DeBaliviere, Stadium and Arch-Laclede’s Landing MetroLink Stations.

St. Louis Development Corporation has contracted with H3 Studio, Inc., to develop Station Area Plans for three existing MetroLink station areas along the current alignment and two proposed station areas along the planned Northside-Southside MetroLink extension alignment. All Station Area Plans fall within the City of St. Louis and will generally incorporate a ½ mile radius around the station, although this may vary depending on each Station. The planning team will present three development options and ask for your direct feedback about how these alternatives work best for the surrounding communities for each of the existing stations.

May 23 Downtown FlyerThe Delmar and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Metrolink Station Area alternatives will be presented on Tuesday, May 21, from 6-8 PM at Crossroads College Preparatory School (500 DeBaliviere Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63112).
