Weigh in today on Transportation Gaps in Region for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities

The East-West Gateway Council of Governments has begun updating the agency’s Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan (CHSTP) for the St. Louis region, and they need your help.  The purpose of the CHSTP is to improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities by identifying unmet transportation needs and coordinating services to address those needs. Expected to be approved in Spring 2024, the plan will include maps, regional demographics, an inventory of existing services, identified gaps, and prioritized goals and strategies.

Below are a few ways you can participate in development of the plan:

REACH OUT TO EAST-WEST GATEWAY (EWG)

EWG Staff is available via email, phone, or one-on-one meetings to discuss the plan and any feedback, concerns, or suggestions residents may have. If you are unable to attend the stakeholder meetings or take a survey but would like to contribute in another way, please let us know. Comments or requests can be emailed to CHSTP@ewgateway.org.
