Citizens for Modern Transit is having its annual Wake Up to a Sweeter Commute event again this May and we need volunteers!
Wake Up to a Sweeter Commute is part of CMT’s month-long initiative, Make Your Move on Metro in May, to promote transit use in the St. Louis region. The event will be held Friday, May 10 from 7:00 to 8:30 am for the morning commute.
Several MetroLink stations will be selected to participate, based on the availability of our volunteers. Volunteers will be greeting commuters, handing out ‘sweet’ treats, and providing registration information for our Guaranteed Ride Home program. Volunteers will receive a commemorative t-shirt for helping out!
