East West Gateway Council of Governments has released a request for proposals (RFP) for a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Study as part of the 3-year HUD Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD) Grant. EWG is seeking a consultant to complete a transit oriented development study of the existing light rail stations within the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Proposals are due to at the EWG offices (One South Memorial Drive, Suite 1600 St. Louis, MO 63103) by 4:00p.m. CST, Tuesday, 10/11/2011.
