St. Louis County is creating a long-range plan for the first time in over 40 years. STLCO 2050: An Equitable and Sustainable Comprehensive Plan will shape our community’s future for generations to come. This comprehensive plan, spanning over 25 years, will strategically guide our development across various critical areas, including housing, jobs, transportation, and sustainability. Great opportunity for CMT members and friends to weigh in on the importance of transit.
Championed by County Executive Dr. Sam Page, this initiative aims to make our region more sustainable, connected, and filled with opportunities for all residents.
Here’s how you can participate and weigh in:
Attend In-Person Events: Meet our planning staff at various events throughout the region. Check the Get Involved page on the STLCO 2050 website for event listings.
Join Us Online: Visit www.stlouiscounty2050.com to participate in the easy-to-use online platform.
Visit Engagement Stations: Look for signage at St. Louis County library branches, recreation centers, and health clinics, where paper copies of engagement activities are available.
The comprehensive planning process will continue through 2024 and early 2025, with opportunities for involvement throughout the year.
