St. Louis County has named the new head of their newly-minted Department of Transportation. Nichalos Gardner was approved by the St. Louis County Council last week as the head of the Department of Transportation. He is transplant from Washington, D.C.
Gardner comes from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. He holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Mississippi, a Master’s in civil engineering from Mississippi State and an MBA from Marymount University in Northern Virginia. He will soon receive a Ph.D from George Mason University. He assumed responsibility May 4.
