No MetroLink Service Between Forest Park-DeBaliviere and Civic Center Stations on November 14 & 15

MetroLink will not operate between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere and Civic Center MetroLink Stations on Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15, due to construction work at the Central West End MetroLink Station and along Interstate 64 near the MetroLink tracks. During this service interruption, MetroLink Station Shuttles will transport passengers by bus between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere, Central West End, Cortex, Grand, Union Station and Civic Center Stations. Passengers traveling through Downtown and Midtown St. Louis are encouraged to plan ahead and allow for up to an additional 30 minutes to their weekend commutes.

Transit riders will have two options for bus shuttles: one shuttle will make stops at all of six of the impacted stations (Forest Park-DeBaliviere, Central West End, Cortex, Grand, Union Station, and Civic Center) and the other shuttle will provide Express Service between the Forest Park-DeBaliviere and Civic Center Stations. Signage will be placed at all of the stations to help direct passengers to the MetroLink Station Shuttle buses, and Metro Transit personnel will be available to assist passengers throughout the weekend service disruption.

MetroLink trains operating outside of the area – between St. Louis Lambert International Airport and the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station, between the Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44 and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Stations, between the Civic Center and Shiloh-Scott Stations – will provide normal scheduled weekend service, with trains operating every 20 minutes. MetroLink service is expected to be completely restored at the beginning of service on Monday, November 16.
