Metro Transit released an RFP on June 3 for the Shiloh-Scott to MidAmerica St. Louis Airport Light Rail Project. A pre-proposal conference call is set for June 22 with proposals due no later than 2 p.m. on July 20. DBE goal on this project is 25%.
