Last week, Missouri Governor Parson signed the state appropriation bill, HB 3004, which including twice-daily Amtrak service. The bill included the $2.4 million in funding for the two round-trips of the Missouri River Runner for the next 12 months. Amtrak tickets are now available in their reservation system, with trains #311 and #316 resuming on July 18.
Look for a special event on July 18 as the second Missouri River Runner round trip returns, starting in St. Louis in the morning, on train #311.
