The Darkness

Said to be one of the scariest haunted attractions in the country, The Darkness features zombie laser tag, outdoor scream zone, Silo-X haunted house, Monster Museum, and The Darkness haunted house.

House of Occult at Lemp Brewery is an all-new Haunted House deep underground at the Lemp Brewery.

Lemp Mansion

The Lemp Mansion, former home to local beer barons, is regarded as one of the most haunted places in St Louis. It hosts regular murder mystery events and is certainly not afraid to play up to its creepy reputation.

Bissell Mansion Restaurant & Dinner Theatre

The historic Bissell Mansion was built in 1823 by Captain Lewis Bissell and is now home to Bissell Mansion Restaurant & Dinner Theatre.  It is believed that the mansion is haunted by Captain Bissell himself. Murder Mystery Dinners and special events are held regularly.

Payne-Gentry House
Accessible by:  39 and 49 Bus
There is a small cemetery beneath a large tree in the back yard where a number of children are said to be buried.  There have been numerous reports of sightings of ghost-children playing in the garden.

Historic Cemeteries

Bellefontaine Cemetery
Accessible by:  174X bus
With graves dating back as far as 1816Bellefontaine Cemetery is now home to over 87,000 people graves. Bellefontaine remains a non-profit, non-denominational cemetery, and still holds over 100 acres of open, unused land. Some of this extra land has recently been converted into prairie and woodland. Bellefontaine contains over 14 miles of paved roads and, as an accredited arboretum, is home to over 180 species of trees and shrubs. This is an ideal spot for a fall walk.

Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
Accessible by:  20 and 17 Bus
There are several reports of ghostly goings on that are linked to Jefferson Barracks and Cemetery. Tales include a little girl who wanders among the headstones and sightings of two civil war soldiers from opposing sides that appear at sundown and acknowledge one another with a nod. Over at the barracks, it is the post headquarters that sees the most activity.

Thies Farm and Greenhouses has been proudly growing for the St. Louis community since 1885.  The North Hanley location currently features a Pumpkin Land attraction.

Sullivan Farms Pumpkin Patch is a great place for family fun from pumpkins to riding horses (weekends in October) to bouncing in the bounce house, fun for all ages.
