Today is Give STL Day! The day the region sets aside to support our area non-profits including Citizens for Modern Transit especially these days, with many having to cancel critical fundraising events and revenue-generating programming because of the coronavirus pandemic.
We hope you will consider a gift today to CMT at any level. Transit has been essential throughout this time delivering essential workers, providing access and jobs. Transit will continue to be critical as we get back to work in our region building sustainable, economically viable communities. We have set a goal of $2500 for today to help ensure the launch of our new Workforce Development Transit Access Program with partners like Mission St. Louis, CyberUp and St. Louis Community Colleges.
