CMT will be engaging the Urban Land Institute St. Louis Chapter to do a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) for the Grand MetroLink Station. The TAP, composed of local experts on land use, policy, and development, will spend October 30, 2012 analyzing the opportunities for the Grand Station, interviewing stakeholders and developing a possible plan to move development forward. TOD education and advocacy is a key goal for CMT this year, and it is our hope that this ULI Study takes our education and advocacy efforts one step further by providing a tool to move development forward.
A presentation will be held in November for the public on the results.
