The St. Louis County Police Department (SLCPD) recently awarded Kimberly Cella, Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT) Executive Director, with a certificate of appreciation for her many years of service and dedication to improving the area’s public transportation system. As part of the presentation, the SLCPD reinforced how her establishment of strong working relationships with local law enforcement and the Transit Advisory Working Group has helped to provide a safe, improved and more accommodating public transit system.
