The Bi-State Development Board of Commissioners approved officers for the 2024-2025 year at the June Board Meeting. Missouri Commissioner Sam Gladney will serve as the new Board Chair. Illinois Commissioner Terry Beach will serve as Vice Chairman, Illinois Commissioner Herbert Simmons as Treasurer, and Missouri Commissioner Andrea Jackson-Jennings as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners. The commissioners assumed the offices immediately following the June 21 meeting.
