Thank you for your gifts on Give STL Day! The day the region sets aside to support our area non-profits including Citizens for Modern Transit, especially these days, with many having to cancel critical fundraising events and revenue-generating programming because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Transit has been essential throughout this time delivering essential workers, providing access and jobs. Transit will continue to be critical as we get back to work in our region-building sustainable, economically viable communities. We raised more than $2,000 to help ensure the launch of our new Workforce Development Transit Access Program with partners like Mission St. Louis, CyberUp and St. Louis Community Colleges.
