Just in time for the Cardinals’ 2013 season, the Stadium MetroLink Station will unveil its new sculpture on March 28. The sculpture is the second of ten projects planned as part of the Metro Arts in Transit program that will take place over the next few years. Last year, an art installment at the Wellston 
MetroLink Station kicked off the project, which aims to upgrade stations along the MetroLink alignment.
The sculpture is titled “Out of the Park” and was created by Jennifer Andrews and Gregg LeFevre from the Andrews/LeFevre Studios in New York City. It will be 18 feet long and 6 feet high, depicting a ball bouncing down the median between the tracks at the station, with the bounce effect styled to look like a series of miniature Arches.
