Metro Transit to Begin On-Board Surveys April 9

Beginning April 9, Metro Transit will begin collecting feedback from riders via on-board surveys.  Surveyors in blue vests will be gathering information from riders to help the agency better understand how the transit system is being used.

Metro’s goal is to collect feedback that is representative of current MetroLink and MetroBus riders.  Participating in the surveys will help Metro’s planning team better understand who is using the system and how it is being used.  The data will help the agency make informed decisions on how to improve transit service now and going forward.

What to Expect During the On-Board Survey:

  • Surveyors can be identified by their blue vest and surveyor badge
  • Survey participants will be chosen randomly
  • The survey will take ~ 5 minutes to complete
  • No ID is required to participate
  • All responses are anonymous
