As of June 28, 2024, Metro Transit will no longer accept expired, unused Metro One-Day Passes and MetroLink Tickets in exchange for valid fare. Expiration dates are printed on Metro One-Day Passes and One-Ride MetroLink Tickets. These tickets are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for valid fare from now through June 28. Validated tickets and passes cannot be exchanged.
Unused expired One-Day Passes and MetroLink tickets can be exchanged for valid passes at the MetroStore. For details on how to exchange expired, unused tickets and passes, contact the MetroStore at 314-982-1495 or by email at MetroStore@MetroStLouis.org. The MetroStore is located at the corner of Eighth and Pine Streets in downtown St. Louis, and is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
