CMT Issues an RFP for DOTNetNuke update of Ten Toes Website.

The Ten Toe Express is a highly successful walking program that links MetroLink & MetroBus with residents’ own Ten Toes to get exercise, learn to ride the Metro system, and explore St. Louis.  The program launched in 2007 and has had over 7,000 participants, with more than 150 new participants in Spring 2014 alone.  CMT is seeking a consultant to update/redesign/give a facelift to the Ten Toe site’s skin and for bringing the DotNetNuke platform up to the current version.  The consultant is asked to help give the site a nicer look, make it easier to manage on the back end, provide a staff training for site management, and make the site easier to navigate as a program participant, many of which are senior citizens.

Work products will include consultation with staff to determine the site’s function and layout; a proposal that markets how you would envision the site to look and function; building a site skin that will effectively manage and promote the program; and the training of CMT staff to manage content in the future.  A detailed budget breakdown for the scope of your proposal will need to be included with your submission.

CMT encourages disadvantaged, small, women-owned, and/or minority business participation.

Proposals are due on Friday, July 25th at 4:00 p.m. local time.

Please e-mail your proposed description to info@cmt-stl.org.  Late proposals will not be considered.

The updated site will need to be completed on or before August 27, 2014.
