The National Building Arts Center houses the country's largest collection of architectural artifacts. Located in the historic Sterling Steel Casting Company Foundry, the site interprets the history of building in St. Louis and beyond.

This approximately 1.5-hour walking tour will cover highlights of the collection selected by our docents. We'll look at selected St. Louis buildings, examples of different materials, sculptures, work in progress, and an insider view of the research library.

Please meet CMT staff at the Shrewsbury Lansdowne I44 Transit Center near the ticket vending machines on May 6 at 9:00 AM. We'll board the east bound Blue Line MetroLink at 9:28. At the 5th & MO MetroLink Station, we'll exit and board SCCTD's #3 MetroBus. After a short ride, we will exit and walk approximately 1/3 of a mile to our destination.

This walk is capped at 30 participants. There is a $12.50 entrance fee per person. The NBAC can accept credit, debit, and check- they do not accept cash. Please be prepared with your payment on the day of.
