TOD Clearinghouse
Transit Oriented Development is mixed use development that capitalizes on the locations near rail transit stops that feature walkable, sustainable neighborhoods. This type of development is usually referring to light rail. CMT has compiled a list of resources pertaining to TOD that you will find through the links below. There are articles and white papers; station specific assessments and reports; a database tracking development around the stations and more. Please use this resource liberally and contact us at info@cmt-stl.org if you have any questions. We intend for this to be a resource providing local planners, developers, city officials, and communities the information they need to develop around the region's transit stations. The economic potential for the region is significant.
