Explore Forest Park, get some exercise, and learn more about a current health topic with AARP St. Louis’ Walk with a Doc program. These monthly walks will meet at the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center in Forest Park to begin their walk.
AARP volunteers will lead you on a journey that will start with a ride on MetroLink from either the North Hanley or Shrewsbury MetroLink Stations, arriving at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station in time for a short walk to the Forest Park Visitor and Education Center. From there you’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare professional before spending the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation.
