Washington University issues CAR-FREE challenge in April

Faculty, staff and students commuting to Washington University’s campus April 16-27 are encouraged to leave their cars in the garage and go “car-free”as part of the university’s Car-Free Challenge. WeCar Doubles Usage & Adds Civic Hybrids
