Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT) offers the Rider Rewards program to participants on a voluntary basis and reserves the right to reject any registration and redemption for any reason at any time.  Participants must download and install the Citizens for Modern TransitSTL Mobile App from the iTunes or Google Play Store and register an account to participate in the program.  To be eligible, participants must submit a photo of their transit ticket, transit pass, or parked bicycle to receive rewards points for riding.  CMT will process submitted rewards points requests within 7 to 10 business days.  Rider Rewards points balance will be available within the Citizens for Modern TransitSTL Mobile App.  Participants can trade their Rider Rewards points in for rewards subject to rewards availability.

CMT does not guarantee rewards will be available at time of redemption.  Rewards are subject to availability.  Participant must provide their shipping address to receive some rewards.  All digital rewards will be emailed to the email address provided in participant’s Citizens for Modern TransitSTL profile.  Rider Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in anyway outside of the Citizens for Modern TransitSTL Mobile App.  CMT is not responsible for any unused or unallocated rewards points.

CMT, its trustees, officers, servants, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as Releases) are not help responsible for any of all liabilities, claims, demands, action and/or cause of action whatsoever rising out of, or related to, any loss, damage or injury – including death – that may be sustain by participant, or to any property belonging to him or her, whether caused by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise, while participating in such activity or while in, on, upon or en route to or from the premises where the activity or event is conducted.

Citizens for Modern Transit (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Citizens for Modern TransitSTL mobile application (the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to your name, phone number, information about your social media account (if you chose to use this to log in to the Service), and images you capture on your device through using the Service (“Personal Information”).

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics (“Log Data”).

Network and Device Information

We may collect information about your use of your device and our network, WiFi usage, GPS Location, and performance information, as well as data relating to your use of our website, applications and other products and services.

Location Data

We may collect your device’s location whenever it is turned on and enabled on your device (subject to coverage limitations).

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the Last Updated date at the top of the Policy and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
