Sessions are planned to help educate the public about upcoming fare changes
As Metro Transit prepares to launch the Next Generation Fare System on July 6, the agency plans to host a series of Fare Information Sessions throughout the region to help customers feel confident and prepared before activation day.
At each session, transit riders and the general public will have the opportunity to:
- Learn how the new fare system works
- See the new fare options
- Understand how to use validators at security gates
- Get answers to your questions from Metro ambassadors
- Receive hands-on demonstrations of the new rider experience
