Metro Transit has announced that the second phase of the activation of their new fare and security system will take place on Monday, July 27, impacting 13 MetroLink Stations across Missouri and Illinois. Upon activation, transit riders at Phase 1 and Phase 2 stations can expect to see and be required to use new Ticket Vending Machines, fare validators, and automated security gates.
