Metro Transit has announced that the official rollout of its new fare collection system and Secure Platform Plan (SPP) implementation will begin on Monday, July 6. The rollout will occur in three phases, with Phase 1 launching July 6, Phase 2 on July 17, and Phase 3 on August 17. View the alignment map below to see which stations are included in the Phase 1 rollout.

Once all three phases are complete (expected August 17), riders throughout the MetroLink system can expect a variety of improvements, including:
Metro Transit plans to staff newly activated stations with Metro Transit ambassadors, Customer Engagement personnel, and security officers to assist riders with questions, fare purchasing, access to gates, mobile applications, and more.
