As the St. Louis region continues to explore the potential for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in the City of St. Louis’ Northside-Southside corridor, Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT), in partnership with St. Louis REALTORS®, commissioned a study to examine the impact of transit technology on local real estate values. Findings from the St. Louis Housing Prices Near Transit Study will be released during CMT’s virtual “Talking Transit” event on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom.
