The St. Clair County Transit District (SCCTD) and Citizens for Modern Transit are seeking a graphic design consultant to assist CMT with the SCCTD GO TRAILing program in St. Clair County, IL to build and promote ridership on the MetroBikeLink system and connecting transit system.

RFP Clairfication Questions:
- How many different sizes do you anticipate needing for the two print ads? – 2 different sizes, 1 for each ad.
- Can you provide clarification on the tagline ask? Is the need for an updated design for the existing tagline, or development of a new tagline all together? – Develop a new tagline, while maintaining the current logo
- Do you prefer a fixed price proposal or time & material proposal? – Fixxed price proposal with breakdown by deliverables
- Is there an incumbent bidder? – No
- Is preference given to local vendors? – A determination will be made based on the criteria listed in the RFP (qualifications, proposal quality, product samples) and providing the best value to the project
