City of St. Louis Transportation & Mobility Plan Draft Open for Public Comment

The final draft of the City of St. Louis Transportation and Mobility Plan (TMP) is now online and available for public comment through 5 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025.  Comments can be submitted via:

• The TMP plan website at: tmp-stl.com/get-involved

• Email to: ogilvies@stlouis-mo.gov
• A paper comment form filled out at any of the following locations:
  • Planning and Urban Design Agency (PDA) Offices at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000
  • Office of the Mayor at City Hall 1200 Market Street, Room 200
  • Office of the Disabled at City Hall 1200 Market Street, Room 30

The plan is intended to guide transportation investments and policies in the City of St. Louis and is organized around three key themes: safety, connectivity and the maintenance and quality of the built environment.

The City of St. Louis Planning Commission is expected to consider the draft plan for adoption at its November 12th meeting.  More information about the commission and scheduled meetings can be found at the Planning Commission page here.
