What do you think about the idea of building around MetroLink?

What do you think about the idea of building around MetroLink in the region? Would you like to see housing? would you like to see more retail options or restaurants? Would you like to see more job opportunities around the stations?? Would you use the system more if one or more of these options came to fruition?  Here is your chance to learn more and voice your opinions about the potential for the 37 MetroLink stations in the St. Louis Region.

East-West Gateway’s, the metropolitan planning organization, has hired consultants to complete a Transit Oriented Development Study, development around MetroLInk/light rail, as a party of the HUD Regional Planning and Sustainability Grant in the region.  The deliverables include a TOD Framework and Market Studies for the stations.  They need to hear from residents in St. Louis on what you want to see, what you think would work and much more.  Come out to any one of the four upcoming meetings and let us know what you think:
