Tour Cupples 9!
Want to have an insider’s tour of an exciting redevelopment project in downtown St. Louis? Come see Cupples 9! This tour, presented by ULI St. Louis Young Leaders Group and open to all, will be a wonderful opportunity to see the transformation and redevelopment of a historic (1894) warehouse project into a Class A office building.
Located immediately west of Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis, the 147,000 square foot building has been vacant for more than 20 years. Under the careful guidance of The Koman Group, the building will now feature Class A office space and house the national headquarters of marketing and public relations firm Osborn & Barr.
