The CMT Ten Toe Express program will be boarding Amtrak on Thursday, Oct. 20 for a walking trip to Alton, IL. The train will depart the Downtown Multi-Modal Station at 7:55 a.m. arriving in Alton, IL at 8:43 a.m. The group will visit the Alton Museum of History and Art. The group will return to St. Louis on the 1:59 p.m. train.The train arrives in Downtown St. Louis at 3 p.m.
The event is $25 per person which includes train fare and entry fee to the Museum. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own. The group will be stopping at Aunt Sam’s Uptown Eatery for coffee/light breakfast. The Museum opens at 10 a.m. Following the Museum, the group will head to Frank’s Restauarant. Thursday is “Dollar Pie Day.”
