OneSTL Offers Reigonal Sustainability Workshops for Local Government Officials

East West Gateway’s Regional Plan for  Sustainable Development has One STLentered the final stages of their 3 year planning effort to create a regional sustainability plan for St. Louis and has re-branded its efforts to “OneSTL: Many Communities.  One Future.”

In an introductory cover letter, Jennifer Howland states, “We have named the plan OneSTL to capture the spirit of collaboration that has been fostered through this project among residents, local governments, and regional organizations.”

The next step in their planning will be to hold local government workshops throughout the region in April to ensure the developing plan is meaningful to local government officials.  If you are a local official and are interested in attending a meeting, you are invited to contact jane.suozzi@ewgateway.org or to register at www.OneSTL.org.
