New routes for the Forest Park Trolley

forestparktrolleyThis year there will now be two Forest Park Trolleys to help you get around our city’s crown jewel quicker and easier. Starting on April 15, 2017, riders will be able to travel on the Blue Route and the Green Route to visit the various attractions located throughout Forest Park.

The Blue Route will make stops at the World’s Fair Pavilion, the Zoo, the Art Museum, and the Grand Basin. The Green Route will take visitors to the Jewel Box, the Planetarium, and the Science Center. Both routes will make stops at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink station, Missouri History Museum, the Dennis and Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center, the Muny and the Boat House restaurant.

The routes will operate daily through Labor Day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. All day tickets, which give you the ability to hop on and off throughout the day, are available for $2 for adults and $1 for children 5 to 12 years old, seniors 65 and older, and disabled people. Children under 5 ride for free.

With routes expected to run every 15 minutes, the new routes will make getting around Forest Park a breeze. When planning your next trip to Forest Park, think of utilizing MetroBus, MetroLink, and the Forest Park Trolley to get you there!
