Metro Adopts New Fares Today
This morning, the Metro Board of Commissioners finalized the adoption of fare increases for MetroLink and MetroBus users, effective July 1, 2012. There were three options on the table and the second option was selected. This means the price of the two hour pass, as well as the weekly, monthly and semester will go up. The two hour pass will go from $2.75 to $3; a weekly pass will be $25; a monthly pass will be $72; and a semester pass will be $150.
