The Fall Ten Toe Express Session will kick off the week of Sept. 10, 2012. Consider getting on board this session with your own ten toes, MetroLink and MetroBus. The program is a great way to see St. Louis, get healthy and meet new friends.
You can register online or at one of the upcoming registration events. Once registered you will receive a Ten Toe Walking kit with pedometer, maps, tickets, info on transit and much more. You will also receive a schedule of the Fall Walking session led by trained Ten Toe Walk Leaders. Each session is $5 to register.
