Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT) will present Economics of Building Around Light Rail in a few short weeks. Set for Wednesday, Feb. 6 at noon at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, the event will feature National Transit Oriented Development Expert, Dena Belzer, who will provide insight on why building around light rail should be a top priority for the St. Louis region from an economic standpoint.
