CMT is excited about the new Ten Toe Express Walking group – the AARP Breakfast Bunch that will meet on Saturday mornings thanks to AARP St. Louis! This group will meet at the Shrewsbury MetroLink station (7201 Lansdowne Ave; St. Louis, MO 63119) at 8:49 am on most Saturday mornings. Their first walk will be on Saturday, April 4, and they will be headed to the Eclipse Restaurant in the Delmar Loop. They will walk 10 more times after the 4th and will visit the following brunch locations in MO.

Participation Requirements include: Be a registered Spring 2015 CMT Ten Toe Express Participant. Registration costs $10 and you can find registration instructions here .
